Sales SupportVoIPshield provides you with resources to assist throughout the sell cycle. These include lead generation programs, powerpoint presentations, on-line demos, and assistance from our Sales Engineers to help you close the deal. Lead Management and Deal RegistrationVoIP shield Partners register their own leads and receive VoIPshield-generated leads using the VoIPshield Partner Portal on salesforce.com. This industry leading CRM system provides access to customer information from any browser. Opportunities are tracked and managed through the Portal. Orders are submitted automatically without re-entering customer information. VoIPshield Update ProgramUsers of VoIPshield products subscribe to the VoIPshield Update program. This allows them to receive the latest upgrades to their software and updates to the threat signatures database. Subscriptions are billed as an annual license fee. VoIPshield Partners receive a share of this revenue, providing an ongoing annuity stream. Second Level SupportVoIPshield provides second level technical support to our Partners.
