VoIPshield Update

In order to ensure that VoIPguard™ or VoIPaudit™ are constantly providing maximum protection for your VoIP network, your license includes a one year subscription to VoIPshield Update™.  This service allows you to regularly download new threat signatures and updates as they are discovered by our research division, VoIPshield Laboratories™,  as well as software updates.

Update subscriptions are available for purchase following the first year on an annual basis.  You will be prompted to renew your subscription at each anniversary date, to ensure that you always have the most up-to-date protection.  Updates can either be downloaded from VoIPshield's secure server, or delivered to you on physical media.

Software upgrades and threat signature updates can be applied through one of 2 methods: 

1) the 1-Click Update which is a pre-configured update, or

2) the Update Wizard where you can control the selection of the updates. 

An update history is maintained for each VoIPguard appliance and can easily be viewed at any time.
